It s having all the facilities needed for proficient production of our wide assortment of pipefittings. The installed capacity of the production plant is 600 units. Our factory is supported by sophisticated technology, tools and equipment manned by a highly proficient team of experts. We regularly adopt modern manufacturing techniques continually upgrade our infrastructure and machines to deliver world class products. We employ latest technologies & process to manufacture high quality fitting components. Every stage of the production process from design development to execution, from testing to packaging; is conducted using cutting edge machinery under the guidance of trained personnel.

Along with these products we also deal in stainless steel tubes & flanges, nickel based material, stainless steel nut bolts and other allied components. Stainless Steel Lok Twin Ferrule Fittings Tubes to Union are highly accurate and are available in Union Tee, Bulkhead Union, Union Elbow, Reducing Union, Union and Union Cross. | Manufacturing Process | |

The production starts with the procurement of raw materials that are accepted into the system only after they pass chemical and physical properties tests & analysis. We use a wide assortment of machines and equipment along with heat treatment process to manufacture our large assortment of products. After machining all of the products are cleaned, powdered and coated to ensure rust resistance etc. All the above processes are very closely monitored at various interim stages to ensure quality in the complete range.

With so many tasks performed by us single handedly under one roof, makes it mandatory for us to have a well-organized warehouse. Thus, we own a large warehouse to store all our products. Our spacious warehousing facilities enable us to stock our products in bulk in all, grades and sizes to meet with the requirements of our clients specifically. We are capable in taking up the orders for bulk production of the custom designed products. The products are stored in the warehouse in an organized and systematic manner. All the finished products are properly packed and labeled for easy identification at the time of dispatch. We have taken all necessary safety precautions to handle any kind of emergency situations. Furthermore our storage area is well cleaned and is apt for secure storage.
